Q: How much time do you need for a catering order?
A: By definition, catering is never same day...it's planned out in advance so that the caterer can put together the necessary staff and resources to make the party a success for you. For that we ask for a week's notice on most hot food orders, 48 hours on heroes, platters, etc.
Q: How many people does a full or half tray serve?
A: A half tray usually "serves" 8-12 people, and a full will generally "serve" 18-22 people. Keep in mind that a serving is a portion, not a meal. Ask a Bucci if what your ordering will "feed" the people you have...we don't want guests leaving hungry, do we?
Q: Will you deliver our catering party?
A: Generally yes. The challenge is that we own a deli & catering business, so some days are harder than others to deliver. The best answer is to order well in advance and request a delivery. That way we have it scheduled in and have time to prepare.
